INFORMATION:
Mozart, composed "Ah vous dirai-je, Maman" when he was about 25 years old based upon a French melody.

The tune has been used for many children's songs, among them Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, the words of which first appeared in 1806.

Many songs in various languages have been based on the "Ah! vous dirai-je, Maman" melody. In English, "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star", the "Alphabet Song" and "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep" have the same melody.
